Following the announcement of the government, soon to be published in the final Digital Britain report, that users found downloading content illegally from the internet will see their internet connections either disconnected or curtailed, the CEO of Carphone Warehouse has spoken out against it.

Rather than fighting the phenomenon, Dunstone suggested measures that would involve the government teaching members of the public to respect copyright.
